March Events at Coeur Climbing
As the season for rock climbing hits its stride, we just want to remind everyone that it’s not too late to get started here at Coeur Climbing Company! To that end, we’ve got a whole slew of upcoming events in March catered towards members, newbies, and everyone in between. So clear your calendars and keep reading to learn more about all the fun we’ve got planned for y’all!
New Member Mixer and Reception (March 19)
Are you a new member to the gym this year? Still searching for your specific climbing clique and hoping to meet some other new intrepid souls just begin their own climbing journeys?
Then we’ve got you covered. Join us on Thursday, March 19th for a New Member Mixer and Reception where you can meet fellow newbies, climb and send your latest project, and meet the two local owners of the gym.
Not only will you start to form your clique, you’ll also be able to watch one of our Adult League competitions and experience what the community’s all about. And did we mention there’ll be servings of pancakes to fuel your post-send celebrations? So circle the date and we’ll see you there!

High School Nights at Coeur Climbing
Coeur Climbing is pleased to announce an offering for local high school students seeking to try out a new and evolving sport!
Every Thursday evening, from 3:30pm to closing, high school students can purchase a day pass for only $15 with all the rental gear included; a savings of nearly $10! All you have to do is show up and present your student ID card to the Front Desk and they’ll take it from there!
Additionally, on the first Thursday of every month, our primary instructor will teach an informal 15-minute lesson covering varying aspects of climbing technique. Be sure to stop by and get your climb on!
Spring Youth Climbing Teams Begin
After an incredible USAC youth competition season, Coeur Climbing wants to keep the momentum going with the next iteration of our Spring Youth Teams!
Starting on Monday, March 9th from 4-6pm, be sure to sign up your kiddo today as they continue their young climbing careers to new heights! Our dedicated coaching staff are always thinking of new ways to train to keep things fun and fresh.
If they’re looking for more of a challenge, be sure to inquire with the coaches about our Comp Team Wednesdays to see if that’s the right fit for your child.

Adult League Kicking Off
That’s right! We’ve got another iteration of Adult League starting in March for our lovely members who wish to compete and challenge themselves.
We’re keeping it simple again with themes of 3-4 competing for weekly beer coupons from Post Falls Brewery.
But this year we’re also going to crown an overall winner as King (or Queen) of the Gym!
So grab your mates, think of a clever team name, and register today!
