Coeur Climbing Company is always looking to collaborate with like-minded businesses in mutually beneficial ways to reach our similar customers:

  • Families, young adults 18+, and children

  • Values health, fitness, recreation, and community

  • Members’ ages range from 4 - 66; average age: 27

  • Visitors’ ages range from under 1 - 85; average age: 26

Local partner marketing is an incredibly efficient way to generate brand awareness, enhance credibility and ultimately acquire (and keep) customers for all businesses, without breaking the bank. It can also help all parties with SEO, especially in light of the AI impact on search.

We’re actively interested in partnering with the following types of local businesses:

  • Massage therapists

  • Health food & beverage providers

  • Breweries

Membership Offers

Members are the heart and soul of our business and we’re highly motivated to recruit and retain them. That’s why the premier level of our partner program is focused on offerings to our members. Partners can extend an ongoing offer to members or a one-time offer to new members.

Ongoing Offer

We want to create compelling incentives for membership that motivate ongoing connection to your business. We recommend you offer something that can drive REPEAT traffic to your business during your slower days/times (think Ross Dress for Less' Senior Tuesday or Happy Hour 3-6pm). Ideas include:

  • Member Monday - Any Monday, members receive some kind of perk/discount (free/discounted item w/purchase, $x off beverage, etc.)

  • You could vary the frequency (1x or 2x per month - 1st Monday, 1st & 3rd Monday, etc.), the day of the week, and even specify the time of day (like a Happy Hour)

Redemption 

Members show current membership info via our portal app to verify eligibility

One-Time Offer

If you aren’t able to create an ongoing membership offer, consider providing a one-time offer instead. Ideas include:

  • A one-time discount (you set the amount or %)

  • A free item with purchase

  • A free item

Redemption ideas: 

  • Deliver the digital offer via member welcome email

  • Create special promo code delivered via our welcome email

  • We can discuss!

  • Business mention and link in our member welcome email

  • Listing on our membership partner offers webpage with logo and offer details

  • Regular opportunities for social media collaboration including Instagram giveaways & joint promotion of events

  • Automatic invitation to participate in our annual birthday party

Onsite Event involvement

Event examples 

  • Birthday Bouldering Bash & Comp in late June

Participation ideas include

  • Donated gift cards, products or services for raffle prizes

  • Onsite sales of food/beverages - discounted/free for first X number of visitors

  • Tabletop booth: bring signage, sell merchandise, distribute offers, promote your upcoming events, etc.

Event Sponsorship

Sponsor a climb day at the gym, like Family Day, Back to School Day, Summer Kids Climb Free Day, etc. by paying some dollar amount to cover the first X number of guests to climb free (set a budget, generally $500 or more). We will determine the date together.

  • Display of partner banner (if provided)

  • Discounted memberships for your business (depending on level of investment)

  • Partner Climb night or coupons for $15/person with rentals

Promotion to YOUR customers

Whatever ways you decide to participate, we would be delighted if you would share the details & info with your customers. Ideas include:

  • Onsite materials like flyers, coupons, handouts, banners, etc.

  • Via your enewsletter if you have one - we can provide copy & images

  • Via your website

  • Via your social channels

Promotion to OUR customers

In exchange for your participation in any of our partner marketing, we will provide:

  • Social media content promoting events & offers to include collaboration/mentions/tags (joint Instagram giveaways optional)

  • Onsite materials like flyers, coupons, handouts & posters in the gym

  • Mentions in our monthly e-newsletter

  • Mentions in press releases/press coverage etc.

  • Mentions on our website

Ongoing Program Success

We intend to check in at least yearly to review our partnership and make any adjustments as needed.
