YOGA CLASSES

Yoga supports climbers in building critical skills to improve their climbing. Yoga helps connect your body and mind, building awareness of where your body is in space and how your parts work together, which can be invaluable when reaching for that next foothold.

We offer 3 styles of yoga at Coeur Climbing, taught by experienced, certified instructors in our yoga room with a mirrored wall and padded floors. Our yoga classes are accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners, from beginner to advanced.

All classes are 60 minutes.

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle with you to class. Yoga mat rentals are available at the front desk for a small fee.

vinyasa yoga

Join us for Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic practice that links breath with movement in a seamless flow. Attention will be placed on the breath and the journey between the asanas rather than solely on achieving perfect body alignment in an asana. Vinyasa Yoga offers a challenging, energizing, and meditative experience, building strength and flexibility of the mind and body.

Power Yoga

Invigorate your body and soul with our Power Yoga class! Power Yoga is a vigorous, fitness-based approach to yoga, known for its focus on strength and flexibility. With its energetic sequences, this class is designed to build stamina, tone muscles, and enhance mind-body integration.

Hatha Anusara Yoga

Embrace the beauty and spirit of Anusara Yoga in this uplifting and transformative class. Anusara is a modern-day Hatha yoga system that will teach you the Universal Principles of Alignment, offering a method of asanas to better align your body, heart, and mind.
