Yoga Designed for Every Experience Level

Coeur Climbing's yoga classes are open to everyone, from first timers to experienced yogis. Led by certified instructors in a dedicated yoga studio with a mirrored wall and padded floors, each 60-minute class focuses on building a stronger connection between mind and body while supporting overall health, mobility, and climbing performance.

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Yoga mat rentals are available at the front desk for a small fee.

Restorative & Slow Flow Yoga

For those seeking recovery, flexibility, and stress relief, Slow Flow Yoga offers a gentle practice. Longer-held poses, breathwork, and mindful movement help reduce soreness, improve mobility, and create balance between training and recovery. This class is especially beneficial for climbers looking to maintain sustainable strength and movement patterns.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa combines breath and movement in a dynamic sequence designed to build strength, flexibility, and mental focus. Climbers can expect an energizing practice that challenges both body and mind while helping improve coordination and movement efficiency — skills that directly translate to climbing performance.

Power Yoga

For those looking to increase endurance and build full-body strength, Power Yoga delivers a more vigorous workout. With an emphasis on core engagement, stamina, and flexibility, this class helps climbers develop the strength and mobility needed for both climbing and everyday life.

Seasonal Workshops for Climbers

In addition to weekly yoga classes, Coeur Climbing hosts seasonal workshops that take mobility training to the next level. These focused sessions combine fascia release techniques, breathwork, stretching, and functional movement patterns to address common areas of tightness and improve climbing-specific performance. Each workshop is limited to 10 participants, creating a personalized learning experience for climbers. Workshop sessions are $30 and include open climbing after — free for members.

Hip Mobility & Fascia Freedom for Climbers

This workshop focuses on opening tight hips, increasing flexibility, and restoring healthy fascia function. Through targeted mobility exercises, lacrosse ball release techniques, and mindful movement, climbers learn strategies to improve high steps, heel hooks, balance, and overall movement efficiency on the wall.

Shoulder Mobility & Fascia Release for Climbers

Healthy shoulders are critical for climbing performance and injury prevention. This workshop helps climbers release tension, improve range of motion, and develop greater shoulder mobility through stretching, breathwork, and fascia-focused recovery techniques.

Core Integration & Fascia Flow for Climbers

Rather than focusing solely on traditional core exercises, this workshop explores how the entire body works together to create stability and control. Climbers learn breath-driven core activation techniques, mobility drills, and fascia release methods that support more efficient and powerful movement while climbing.

Workshops are held seasonally. Check the schedule for summer 2026 dates and registration.
