Rope Climbing + Taking Your Indoor Skills Outdoors
Have you gotten into bouldering and wondered what you need to know about roped climbing and taking your skills outdoors? Come join our owner Daniel Shaw to watch this free 20 minute introduction to roped climbing and setting up climbs outdoors. He will demonstrate knot tying, belay techniques, lead climbing (sport vs. trad), and anchor building. This demonstration is designed to give you a taste of what it takes to progress into roped climbing outdoors and will show you where you will need to invest time to get there. Coeur Climbing will offer a new 4-session Gym to Crag class that will provide you with the skills to move into outdoor roped climbing on your own— come take a sneak peek!
FREE Climbing Competition – Dyno Time!
Think you’ve got the power? Join our Dyno Competition and put your explosive movement skills to the test! Open to climbers of all levels, this friendly comp is all about sending it big and having fun. Sign up by 6:30 PM, and the comp kicks off at 7:00 PM.

This FREE event is all about celebrating the climbing community—so bring your friends, meet new people, and have a blast! You don’t have to climb to join, but if you want to get on the wall, day passes and rental gear will be available.
