Coeur Climbing Company recently had the honor of being featured on KXLY 4 News Now’s popular morning show. We welcomed Destiny Richards to Coeur Climbing on June 22nd, where she explored our state-of-the-art climbing walls, captured the energy and enthusiasm of our staff, and highlighted the various programs and activities we offer. She chatted with Andrew Aumend, our general manager, and even tried out our bouldering walls! The segment beautifully showcased the sense of community and camaraderie that makes Coeur Climbing such a special place.

A huge thank you to Ms. Richards and KXLY for recognizing our gym and the passion we have for this incredible sport!

Daniel Shaw

Daniel began climbing indoors in the 1990s but quickly took his passion outdoors. After earning degrees in Engineering and Earth Science Education, he worked as a climbing guide and coach while pursuing personal climbing goals. Moving to Coeur d’Alene in 2006, Daniel began planning his dream of a full-service climbing gym. Coeur Climbing Company is the result of over 20 years of dedication to bringing year-round climbing to his community.
