AMANDA FOWLER

While working in the corporate world, Amanda went looking to improve her physical and mental health. She began taking classes at a local studio, where practicing yoga became a priority for her well being; a gift she wanted to pass along.

Amanda’s approach to yoga focuses on the journey into your own potential, making classes inviting and accessible to all levels of practitioners. Her guidance assists each participant to focus on building strength, flexibility, balance and flow of the body and mind. Amanda is trained in Hatha Yoga, Power Vinyasa Yoga, and HIIT using Pilates principles. Amanda approaches her own yoga practice much as she approaches life in general - as a lifelong journey of learning.
